Camper Rentals Include: The Montana Fifth Wheel, The Conquest Fifthwheel, The Dutchman Travel Trailer & The Eagle Travel Trailer All Offer a Clean Place to spend the night and is the perfect way to dodge a DUI, Offer Private Bathrooms.
Our Campground features Both Riverview & Roadfront RV Sites with Water & 30 Amp Electric hook-up, Rustic Tent Sites, a Clean Bathhouse with Hot Water, Corn Hole & Horse Shoes. We allow campfires in portable fire pits (not provided). A picnic table & garbage pail are available for your site at your request. Fishing is allowed with a TN Fishing License & we currently DO NOT offer Bait or tackle supplies. Bring all of your own fishing supplies. We do offer Bingo on Fridays at 6pm along with Daily Food & Beverage Specials, Live Entertainment on Thursday night, and in the afternoons on Saturday, & Sunday in the Saloon area.

House Trailer: Sleeps 4, Featuring 2 Private Bedroom's both with Queen Size Beds, a Roomy sectional Couch In Living Room Area with an antenna TV, A Full Size Kitchen equipped with a coffee maker, microwave, stove & fridge, A seperate Dining area, 2 Private Bathrooms both with shower's, an outside deck, heating & air conditioning. $150.00 per night.

Conquest fifth wheel Camper: Sleeps 2 with A Queen Sized Bed in a seperate bedroom, A small dinette for seating area, Running Water is available for restroom & showering purposes. A small sized kitchette is equipped with a coffee maker, a microwave and fridge, heating and a/c $79.00 per night. .
All of our Overnight Rentals include Coffee, Cups, Linens & Pillows, Our Units with included Bathrooms & Showers Also includes Towels, Handtowels, Washclothes, Soap & Shampoo.
Rustic Tent Sites: Located in a private area behind the BathHouse some of these sites are riverfront, common fire pit area and porta toilets. These sites are rustic and therefore do not offer water or electric $28.19 per tent per night for 4 people, add't persons are $5 plus tax per night.
RV Sites: Located in the Campground Area, there are 7 Riverfront Sites at $60 per night and 6 Roadside RV sites at $55 per night available. All Rv Site rates are for 2 people and each additional person is $5 per person per night. All Sites offer 30 amp electric service and water hook up, A Clean Bathhouse with Hot Water featuring 2 each shower stalls & toilets for each Mens & Ladies Sides, We allow CampFires in Portable Pits Only (not provided). We Will Bring a picnic table & garbage pail to your site at your request.
Monthly & Seasonal RV Sites: PLEASE Call (423) 613-9726 for RATES. Both Riverfront & Roadfront Sites Avail. Rv Site rates are for 2 people and each additional person is $5 per person, per night. All Sites offer 30 amp electric service and water hook up. We provide water & 30 amp electric only. A portable honey tank can be used to transport waste to the RV Dump. You are Responsible for All other Utilities (Wifi). Antenna's for TV's can be used and generally get around 10-40 channels, A Clean Bathhouse with Hot Water featuring 2 each shower stalls & toilets for each Mens & Ladies Sides, We allow CampFires in Portable Pits Only (not provided), a picnic table & garbage pail are provided to Monthly RV Guest's. Additional Rules & Regulations Must be Followed and will be gone over in detail prior to renting a monthly or seasonal site.
